Phemian (“three different angels”) plays jazzy, esthetic folk-pop, inspired by nature. You can expect soulfull vocals, cello, violin & ukulele.

 

 

“For us, phemian started as a school project for our study at the conservatory in Utrecht. But we became way too enthusiastic; now we have an EP, a lot more of our own songs and we play live on a regular basis. All three of us have a very different musical backgrounds, but in phemian we find a perfect match between those different influences and combine jazz, soul, pop and classical music in our own genre.

We love singing close harmony and we use our instrument in different non-conventional ways, but most important of all: we have a lot of fun playing together!
